Terms Agreement

The website RadiologyED.org (“us”, “we”, or “our”) offers various resources and information related to radiology education (known as the “Services”). Your access and use of these Services are governed by this Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) agreement. By accessing or using the Services, you express your acceptance of these Terms, thereby entering a legally binding contract with RadiologyED.org. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using our Services.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to revise the Terms periodically. The latest version of these Terms will be available here. You acknowledge and agree that your access to or use of the Services is governed by the Terms effective at the time of your access or use. If we make significant changes to these Terms, we will notify you either through an email or by posting a notice on the Services before the changes come into effect.

Usage of our Services

Our Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the Services, including all associated features and functionalities, in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

User Responsibilities

Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

The Services and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, but not limited to, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of RadiologyED.org.

Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RadiologyED.org will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without considering its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and RadiologyED.org that arises partly or wholly from the Services will be resolved exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the United States of America.

General Terms If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be interpreted to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach. The headings and captions in these Terms are included for convenience only and should not be used in interpreting these Terms.
